Your privacy is critically important to us. At CHSI Technologies Corporation we have a few fundamental principles:

  • We do not ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
  • We do not store personal information on our servers unless required for the ongoing operation of one of our services. In our member products, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what’s visible to the public, seen by search engines, kept private, and permanently deleted.
  • CHSI Technologies operates several websites including the CHSI Connections® Management System, ClientConnect, PartnerConnect, BrokerConnect, and the MetaVision WarBoard. It is CHSI Technologies’ policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, CHSI Technologies collects non-personally-identifying information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. CHSI Technologies’ purpose in collecting this information is to better understand how visitors use our website. From time to time, CHSI Technologies may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of our website.

CHSI Technologies also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on any of our websites. CHSI Technologies only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that website commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the website where the comment was left.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to CHSI Technologies’ websites choose to interact with CHSI Technologies in ways that require us to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction, but the categories of personally-identifying information we gather are generally IP addresses, email addresses, and usernames. For example, we ask each visitor who requests access to our member’s websites, to provide a username and email address. In each case, CHSI Technologies collects such information only as needed or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with CHSI Technologies.. Registered users of any CHSI website who have supplied their email address to us may occasionally receive emails to tell them about new features, solicit feedback, or just keep them current with CHSI and our products. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by emailing your opt-out request to CHSI does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. If you are registered user of a CHSI website, you may always review and make changes to your personally-identifying information by accessing the site with your username and password. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Aggregated Statistics

CHSI Technologies may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. CHSI Technologies and may display this information publicly or provide it to others. CHSI Technologies does not, however, disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

CHSI Technologies discloses potential and actual personally-identifying information only to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations (“Facilitators”) that (i) need to know such information to process it on CHSI Technologies’ behalf or to provide services available at CHSI Technologies’ websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some Facilitators may be located outside of your home country; by using CHSI Technologies’ websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. CHSI Technologies will not rent or sell potential or actual personally-identifying information to anyone. Except for the Facilitators as described above, CHSI Technologies discloses potential and actual personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when CHSI Technologies believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of CHSI Technologies, third parties or the public at large. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. CHSI Technologies takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction potential and actual personally-identifying information, such as the use of SHA-1 encryption for usernames and passwords for CHSI’s public websites.


A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. CHSI Technologies uses cookies to help CHSI Technologies identify and track visitors, their usage of our websites, and their website access preferences. CHSI Technologies visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using our websites, with the drawback that certain features of CHSI Technologies’ websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.


Business Transfers

If CHSI Technologies, or substantially all our assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that CHSI Technologies goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. By using any CHSI website, you acknowledge and agree that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of CHSI Technologies may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.



Ads appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by CHSI Technologies and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, CHSI Technologies may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in CHSI Technologies’ sole discretion. CHSI Technologies encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to our Privacy Policy. If you have a website account, you should also check the Announcements page for alerts to these changes. Your continued use of any CHSI website after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
